In the spirit of constant innovation, Seachef has developed a unique food and meal management system, called the Menu Master to effectively assist the catering staff on board in advance planning of menus for any specific period, offering greater variety within the budget.

The planned menu can be measured for nutritional contents so that a balanced meal is served at all times on board the vessel. This way, an owner can be sure that his crew is receiving the quality of food it expects without overspending its budget.

The system enables a host of specifications to be taken into account such as the number of people on board and their food preferences. The system also takes care of complete paperwork involved including meal, sanitation and appraisal reports, which can be generated through the programme.
